Community Spaces: The Arts Walk & Sagner Park
Beyond 221 new homes, Mosaic includes an arts walk, a restored Sagner Park, indoor amenities, and spaces designed for connection.
A home is more than four walls. That's the philosophy driving the community spaces at Mosaic. Beyond 221 new residences, the redevelopment includes thoughtfully designed shared spaces that bring people together.
The Arts Walk
Connecting the residential areas will be an arts walk - a pedestrian path featuring installations, murals, and spaces for community expression. This isn't decoration; it's infrastructure for connection. The arts walk creates a thread through the neighborhood, a place to stroll, to see your neighbors, to experience something beautiful on a Tuesday afternoon.
Sagner Park
The existing Sagner Park will be restored and integrated into the Mosaic community plan. Green space matters - for children, for families, for mental health, for community gathering. The park will be an anchor of the neighborhood.
Indoor Amenities
Mosaic will include:
- Fitness room - modern equipment accessible to all residents
- Community lounge - a shared gathering space for meetings, events, or just hanging out
- Art classroom - dedicated creative space for workshops, classes, and community programming
These spaces are being designed with input from current and former residents. They reflect what the community has asked for: places to stay active, to create, and to come together.
Built for Everyone
Every community space at Mosaic is designed to be accessible and welcoming. These aren't luxury amenities with a velvet rope - they're neighborhood resources, available to every resident.
We'll share more detailed plans and renderings as the design develops. If you're a former Lucas Village resident with thoughts on community spaces, HACF welcomes your input.
